I have a Goby (white with reddish-orangeish stripes) in my tank, doesnt really do anything; just sits.
Is there are moving fish i can add? Firefish?

Going to get a 40 gall with a 20gall sump.

A firefish would be a nice addition to a tank that size.
Other considerations are cleaner or blood shrimp or a small sally lightfoot or emerald crab. These inverts can be fairly entertaining.

Do you have a Yasha Hase Goby? A friend of mine has two of them and they are a really nice looking fish. I agree with Cookieman on his recomendations for a nice addition to your tank. Good luck with getting your 40g setup.
