infection?

hey everyone, i recently purchased this yellow angel..about 2 weeks..params are good. trates are at 5..i am wondering if this is an infection? or maybe scraped himself off a rock..i dont think its HLLE cause it hs not affected his head..but in the spot it is red and has a few bumps...you might have to zoom in.. tank mates are..

sleeper banded goby
2 percs
sixline
CBS
hermits and snails

was thinking maybe my CBs got him..he tries to catch the fish..but hes to slow..

i don't know what it is but if you use or can get selcon USE IT. i use it 2-3 time s week and also garlic guard and i have nooo problem with my fish. juts got the powder brown tang and of course ick, for the first 2 days. no more, cause i been using both items

did it get into a fight with another fish? Looks like a shiner.
