Mystery Clown sickness Please help

Hello, I currently have five clowns in a 70gal breeding setup. About 2 weeks ago, my female clarkii beat the stuffin' out of her male, I separated them and all seemed ok. Over a couple of days, i noticed two white spots develop on her fins, larger than what it sounds for crypto etc (these spots are several times larger than a pinhead).
They have been in the same setup with no additions for about 3 months so I don't think it could be Brook either. Brook kills within a week doesn't it?
The recovering male also had a white "bump" on his side which i thought was an injury from his attack. I added stress-zyme to help both recover from what I thought was just physical abuse.
Now, the spots seem to be getting larger (not necessarily more abundant) and one of my b+w occel's is starting to get small white spots.
Due to the length of time that this has been taking, combined with the larger size and minimal quantity of these spots, i am not sure what disease this might be. Either descriptions state that this would kill my fish faster, or that they should be almost completely covered by now.
Otherwise, the fish look healthy and happy, I have been trying FW baths for two days now and have cupramine now but would rather not use it if i dont have to, (inverts in the tank, QT is cycling currently)

Please any advice would be very welcome, suspect that they are not going to appear to be otherwise healthy for too long. The roughest looking male also looks to have signs of finrot also. With several smaller white spots showing up.

Sounds like a parasite with secondary infection to me.
If you must treat in your main tank use this Polyp Lab Medic Parasite Treatment it works very well.
For the finrot treat with Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Melafix Marine Fish & Coral Remedy.

My Qt tank may be further along than I thought, since the fish appear to otherwise be quite happy and feeding well, I was contemplating waiting until Monday and treating with Cupramine in QT. Bad Idea?
Would this be better than anything reef safe? Or is copper even what I should try. Would the parasite treatment that you suggested be better even if I can isolate the fish?

Its always best if you can QT the fish in a seperate tank but in some cases they can't be caught or would be worse off from the stress of moving them to a different tank. If the disease is too far along reef safe treatments don't work well.
If they are feeding medicated foods are another way of treatment.
It is best to start some form of treatment asap things can go downhill very fast.
If you do use copper in a QT tank use Mardels Coppersafe.
A treatment that I use in a QT tank is one drop per gallon of 37% grade formaldahyde dosed with an eye dropper, you can get it at any pharmacy. I don't like useing copper.
I have used Polyp Lab Medic Parasite Treatment with great results in my reef tank when the fish couldn't be caught.

I have moved fish to QT and have been treating with copper since sunday night. No visual improvement but, both clowns that have been moved are both eating well and seem happy. I will continue this for a while but suspect that this infection could be entirely bacterial. More, smaller white spotts are developing on the "worst case fish" and the other still only has the two larger spots which have been there for at least a month.
What I thought looked like fin rot on the "worst case fish" I now believe is just clumps of the white stuff.
Is melafix marine safe for pink tipped anemones, I treated the other system with this, shortly after, my anemone shriveled up and looked dead. Could have been cleaning itself out, or maybe not. I did a massive water change just to be sure and everything looked fine an hour or two later.
The Cupramine bottle says that i cannot combine any other meds, so I thought I would have one system treated with each med, and swap out the fish periodically. Does this sound right?
