Springer's Dottyback

anyone know if one would be able to go in a peaceful aquarium? would be in a 30 gallon with a flasher wrasse and gobies. the last dottybacks i owned was my favorite fish and i really want another Sad

its hard to say. i have a royal gramma which is a dotty back. far as i know you can only have one. or if you add them at the same time then u can get away with 2. or male female of course. I won't try putting 2 in at the same time in a 30g tank, they do have attitude and can be something like a damsels. beat up any size fish.

i have a royal gramma in my 80g and hes doing great. he hovers over his home to not go to far, very nice fish to have but if a fish gets to close to his home he'll chase them away.

i've had a royal gamma before too, nice fish, didn't pick on anything... but i just find they have different behavior then other dottybacks
