Yes, my flame hawk is in the shade of the tree shaped leather just to the right of center in the full tank shot.

Beautiful tank Ganrin!
In the first pic I see what looks like checkerboard shading on the back wall. Are you using an eggcrate top? If so, why? Carpet surfing fish?

Is that yellow/green ricordia I see on the left edge of the third pic? You know who you need to call first if you want to get rid of it (and if you're within a reasonable driving distance of KW) Very Happy

I have 3 different colors of the R. florida,
What I call pumpkin, a light orange with dark centers. (the one in question)
75g softie reef Pumpkinric02-08
Orange
75g softie reef Ricordea
Blue/Grey
75g softie reef Bluericandgorg02-08

The checkershading is from the gutterguard portion of my tank tops. I added the tops as a "temporary" measure to prevent jumpers while I worked on building my canopy. The canopy has been under construction for about a year and a quarter, so the temporary fix has been somewhat long term.

Well the canopy slow build is finally done, 3 weeks ago I put the new canopy on the tank, and took this picture, the lights had been out for a few hrs before the picture so all the corals are closed up.

75g softie reef 100_2476

The canopy was designed to match as close as possible the look of the stand, a standard All-Glass brand oak economy stand. The double doors on the front both open with false centerbrace so the front opening is about 40in wide. I also put the entire front panel on a top hinge, so the top swings up as it is in this picture.
Actinics only on.

New lid looks good ganrin. Shouldn't have any trouble getting in there for bulb changes!
How well are the dual fans working in terms of removing heat and reducing/eliminating condensation?

Matt

I had to put a heater in the sump and put the fans on a timer because the tank dropped to 72degrees with the fans running 24hrs/day. The fans can keep the water temperature 6degrees below room temperature.

The fans come on 1hr after lights on, and turn off 2hrs after lights out now.

Was in one of the better sw stores in Ohio yesterday, they had some new Carribean Discosoma mushrooms that they had never seen before. I couldn't help myself so I picked up a couple of them.

Copper-Orange/Green two tone
75g softie reef 100_2519-1

Aquablue-Green (left), and a true blue (right) they had in thier frag tank.
