Here's a receipy that I've got from a guy that I picked up my yellow Tang from several months ago. I swear to god, after you've fed this receipy to your fishes, you'll never buy food from the petstore again! And you'll end up saving money too!

Ingredients:
1-1 or 2 slabs of Mysis Shrimp
2-Good portion of white fish meat fesh from the market
3-Mixed back of frozen seafood such as shrimps, petoncles etc...
4-Dry flake food
5-1 bar of Cyclop-Eeze
6-Brocoli
7-Nori Sheets (sushi algae)
8-Garlic juice

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor using the garlic juice to make it more liquid or vice versa.

Pour the mix into a mold and put it to the freezer

After a few hours, take them out and put the portions into Ziploc bags and voilĂ !
