tried some things today
today i went to my parent's house to do some work on the tank that im taking back from my brother of after working on the algae problem i decided to try and frag some of the mushrooms in the tank, i've never tried it before and had some mushrooms that i wanted to get give of... started spreading too fast and took to 3 other rocks, so might as well try and frag them off of the good rock i've done enough research to know what i was doing.....BUT of course the blade happen to be in the wrong way and didn't even bother checking it until i realized i brutalized the first shroom trying to frag it i felt so bad
also took some pics

i think i know what you mean now... the only full frag that survived was the "green" mushroom, the hairy mushrooms that i screwed up on did not exept i noticed the small bits that where still attached to the rock where healing over and i noticed some small pieces that where torn off of the mushroom during the "cutting" seem to still be alive i hope those little pieces dont start taking over my tank

got some new fish :) :) :D
so today i decided to use some of those store credits i had and got 3 hermits, 3 black mollies, and (kind of an implus buy) a yellow watchman goby
left side
right side
Blood Shrimp
i've had a hichhicker pistol shrimp living in my rocks since i first got them and i saw the pistol break the blood shrimp's leg
this is him pulling off his broken leg
i just like this picture
new yellow watchman
acclimating
in tank
mollies
unforunetly my camera died before i got the mollies into the tank, but did acclimate them to full salt from full fresh in 2 hours and where readily picking at my caupilera shortly after i put them in.... and i do love they way a school of perfectly black fish look
Edit: now that i look at these, i really should have cleaned the glass... the water is actually much clearer then that
